Former Maguindanao congressman Didagen Dilangalen died on Saturday, his daughter announced in a Facebook post. He was 67.
“We sincerely ask for your prayers in this trying time,” wrote Bai Donna Dilangalen in her post.
She added that her father died at around 8:38 a.m. on November 6.
Dilangalen was the representative of the first district of Maguindanao from 1995 to 2004 and from 2007 to 2010.
He was among the lawyers of former senator Bongbong Marcos during the congressional canvassing of votes for vice president in the 2016 polls. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/BM, GMA News
